We seek a highly skilled and experienced Client Relationship Manager to manage and support SGIC Clients in areas related to enrollment, compliance, training, reporting, and managing the client to their upmost satisfaction. This position requires an individual with a comprehensive understanding of accident and health insurance, along with exceptional customer service experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, the ability to work effectively with multiple teams to ensure seamless client experiences, while assuring that distributors(s) align with SGIC performance metrics.
