Junior .NET Developer
Location: 6021 142nd Ave N, Clearwater, FL 33760  (Remote Possible)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours/week)

Overview:
We are seeking a Junior .NET Developer to assist in the development of a new project. This full-stack role involves working with UI/UX and server-side backend development to create user-friendly applications that handle enterprise-level data sets efficiently. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, adaptable to shifting priorities, and enthusiastic about collaborating with a dynamic team.
Familiarity with compliance requirements related to HIPAA, CMS, AHCA, NAIC, OIG, URAC, DHEC, Medicaid, and Medicare is beneficial but not required. A strong logical mindset and a focus on user experience are essential.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing applications from scratch, ensuring scalability, performance, and ease of use.
- Help design and implement UI/UX and server-side backend solutions optimized for handling enterprise-level data sets efficiently.
- Support the development and maintenance of secure, scalable APIs for data exchange across multiple systems.
- Collaborate with a skilled team to contribute to impactful and meaningful project outcomes.
- Work with various business units to align software solutions with operational needs.
- Optimize database structures and queries for improved data processing and retrieval speeds.
- Learn and follow best practices for compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in .NET development using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and SQL Server.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline is preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX development and experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Familiarity with server-side backend development and API integration.
- Experience in developing SaaS solutions is desirable
- Knowledge of HIPAA, CMS, AHCA, NAIC, OIG, URAC, DHEC, Medicaid, and Medicare compliance is a plus.
- Strong logical thinking and ability to build intuitive, user-friendly applications.
- Understanding of SQL for database management and query optimization.
- Experience with SSAS for data analysis and SSRS for reporting is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to frequent priority shifts in a dynamic work environment.
Additional Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Teams, and enrollment/billing software.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Environmental Factors/Physical Demands:
Work is performed in an office. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have the ability to maintain active customer and employee communication; access, input, and retrieve information from the computer system; enter alpha-numeric data into a computerized system often while listening on the telephone. May be subject to repetitive motion such as typing, data entry, and vision to monitor. May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to thirty (30) pounds.
